Life HMS Real Estate & Investment was founded in 2020 in Dubai by Simon Mamane, who brought fifty years of international market experience, together with Hajer Abidi, whose seventeen years spanned banking and real estate.
The company launched into the teeth of a global pandemic — and the partners’ shared conviction that Dubai’s property market held unique, durable opportunity never wavered.
That conviction has since carried the team through transactions exceeding billions of AED, across a portfolio spanning a villa compound of more than eight projects, a residential tower comprising over ten buildings, private islands, and a range of commercial developments.
