Life HMS Real Estate and Investment, established in 2020 in Dubai, UAE by Mr. Simon Mamane with 50 years of experience in the international market and his business partner Ms. Hajer Abidi, bringing 17 years of expertise in banking and real estate. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the company’s vision and proficiency in creating unique investment opportunities have remained unwavering.
Our team has successfully facilitated transactions exceeding billions of AED across a diverse range of developments, including The Villa Compound, comprising over 8 projects, a Residential Tower encompassing more than 10 buildings, Private Islands, and various other Commercial Developments.
