Barsha Heights, known as TECOM until 2016, is a vibrant neighbourhood with residential developments, commercial buildings, and hotels. The area was developed by TECOM Group. Construction of the community started in 2006, and by 2020, a total of 95 buildings had been finished with six more under construction. Buildings are located near Sheikh Zayed Road and Hessa Street, which provide easy access to other parts of the emirate. Residents have a direct route to public beaches situated between Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai.
